I suck apparently at life

Alright, after struggling mightily with Flicker and my computer I am going to apparently need a session on saving pdf's as jpegs or tiffs. I am at a loss and pretty upset with my innability to handle technology that everybody else seems to know. Maybe it's because I am a male and don't like asking for help.
